Super value works well fast dispatch and delivery well packaged - but noisy not silent although the same model is described like this by all sellers so not a criticism of this seller and there seems little if any alternative available for this size and voltage of fan, I haven't found anything better. It's still noisy at 3.5V with a couple of diodes in series to drop the voltage and at 5V it sounds like a small vacuum cleaner.
