    This seller went above and beyond. Quality item great description. My reservation was that I needed it before I left on a trip and she had advertised standard shipping. I asked about expediting and she arranged for me to get it 3000 miles on the other side of the USA in three days and did it within cost. I will definitely seek this seller out in the future. This beautiful Burberry raincoat fits great and is in perfect like new condition. It was packed neatly and I could not be happier!!

    The Vigoss jeans I received were not properly listed. The jeans came with a pea size stain of dried paint on the left knee that was not stated in the description or shown in a picture. The seller marketed them as no stains no tears no rips. Which isn’t the case. I have contacted the seller three times and still no response back. I was hoping to come to some sort of compromise. I will not be using this seller again. Save your money. The seller is dishonest unfortunately.

    I offer free returns but buyer requested a price adjustment saying that she would remove the negative comments upon receipt of a partial refund. She accepted the price adjustment and received the refund but failed to adjust her comments. As shown by my record of satisfied customers I take great pride in doing everything in my power to make sure buyers have a positive experience.
