    So original item didn't arrive, raised to seller who apologised and requested a few days to investigate. On second contact they dispatched another item which arrived and is as described (wing mirror for car). Wiring fitted and works with electronics. Can't fault item at all, works as described.

    Brilliant. This is the correct part which Ford no longer seem to stock. All the panels light up so fantastic. Great communication from the start explaining the two variances and I was kept in formed of delivery. Ordered March 29th, arrived April 12th which I don’t think is bad bearing in mind it’s come from China. Extremely well packed and good quality. Thank you AAAAA +++++

    I ordered this product specifically to replace my left indicator bulb, but was sent the right bulb instead. The listing gave no clear details about sides, so I reasonably expected the correct part (or both). When I complained, the seller falsely claimed I received both bulbs. This was a frustrating, misleading, and unresolved experience that left me with the wrong item and no solution. Very poor customer service and I am highly disappointed and upset it’s as if I’ve been scammed
