BEWARE!! Unfortunately dealing with these guys was not a positive experience. First the bag they sold me was not in ‘excellent’ condition as stated. Covered in stains and dirt when it arrived. When I broached this with them they said they’d send the strap out for the bag which it didn’t come with (no idea why?). I agreed to this but the strap never turned up either, another lie unfortunately. I asked for a small partial refund as the bag wasn’t as described. But they wouldn’t agree on this.

Hi nikoscrutt08, Thank you for your feedback. You declined a full refund for the bag and instead asked for £25 or you would leave a negative review. We would rather have the one negative review on our page than give you extra money off the bag you would like to keep.
