    Good quality, packed extremely well, as we’re in Essex and it comes from Manchester. Gd value to when I buy multiples. only downside, DPD the carrier were useless, rude and unhelpful. Ordered 2 only 1 arrived, when I questioned the driver, he said he only only had 1 and drove off, no explanation! Seller was great tho getting another package out and delivered the next day.

    Do you know what this company is just brilliant and it's cheaper than the one before coming across this one and more food.My cats absolutely go crazy at feed times for this food and share 2 big chubbs and still want more. Great to find a company that sends you're parcel quick and responds to you're emails quickly. One satisfied customer and great service. Will stay with this company now.

    Great communication from the seller. Unfortunately DPD let them down massively and the package never arrived. Once id reported a problem, the seller communicated every day and then refunded once 48hrs had passed and it was clear DPD were never going to deliver.

    Ist time purchasing from this seller, can’t fault packaging absolutely A1 will definitely be a repeat purchaser. The only let down was DPD who delivered “to my safe place” even though I was in, the safe place being my front garden according to DPD grrr

    Good quality raw food at a good price, unfortunately the packaging was damaged, (not the seller's fault, DPD to blame), which exposed the frozen chubs but as the seller had dispatched them so quickly they hadn't completely defrosted & the meat was still in good condition. A+++++ seller, I will buy from them again.

    I've bought from Namas Traders before, but this time I changed the brand I was buying as my dog prefers it. This shipment was, as usual, dispatched quickly and well-packed in its styrofoam container. It was still frozen on arrival, although the courier did just leave it on the doorstep rather than the customary taking a picture of it in an open doorway. Luckily I was in, to deal with it when I got the delivered notification. Happy to continue to use this seller for their efficient service. 5*
