Then, when I requested a cancellation, they came up with several excuses as to why they still hadn't shipped, yet refused to cancel the order. Instead, as if by magic, shipping on the last day to issue a refund. By then, I'd asked for one 4 days prior. It was only after eBay stepped in they gave one. Those "shipped" items never did arrive. Funny that. Slow, ignorant and refusing simple requests. However very well packaged but there was no indication of delivery from the courier and the package was left on the doorstep early one morning. Only found it when answering the door to the postman.
