I contacted them and they told me that it was stuck in customs. apparently the seller provided sketchy shipping information, and they are holding it, for at least 30 days till. they will contact me. At this point I wish to cancel the order, however when I attempted to do this, your website stated that the seller didi not accept returns. convenient! Now she says she wants to cancel while she is the one that is not cooperating.

That is why I have refunded the money for the chairs because the transport wasn't paid. This negative feedback is irrelevant.Our policy is fast payment, fast shipping if in stock.
