  Bought a Tom Tom sat nav mount which states it should fit my model but it doesn’t, not a problem I thought as the advert says returns accepted so returned the mount and did not receive a refund even after messaging them twice with no reply so I was left with no option but to contact eBay who then opened a case and found in my favour and refunded me, I’ve bought lots of things off eBay over many years and this is the first time I’ve ever had to do this!!! Buyer beware
