  As for the seller, everything is fine. The houses are original and intact – I'm happy with that. As for the eBay service and shipping process, it's a disaster. After a few days, no tracking. Shipping to the UK via Germany... I paid £140 in customs duties!!! Scheduling a delivery is a joke; the helpline doesn't provide any information. They want me to pay £12 for Saturday delivery, and then it won't arrive on the agreed day. No support from eBay whatsoever...
