  There was a problem with the picture the seller used at the time of my order, so the oegs I received were not what I was expecting. The seller gave me an immediate refund and latterly explained and apologised. I cannot give perfect ratings as I have had to return the pegs and source some from elsewhere but I am confident that this seller is a genuine seller of quality goods, and has behaved honestly and professionally. I would buy from him again.

  No problem with the supplier or the delivery man but the delivery company needs to address the way they inform customers of delays. A proforma email just telling it's delayed is not good enough a better explanation including why it is delayed would be appreciated and would reduce frustration.
