  I had ordered two lipsticks. One arrived. Perfect & as expected. I contacted the seller immediately with a photograph but had no response. I repeated my complaint but no response. It was only after an E Bay request to post feedback that the seller then refunded me with an excuse that they ‘thought’ I had received both orders . Broken English. Refund received but wouldn’t use again .

  You received a response and refund from me within 24 hours. Since the payment goes through Ebay, they obviously transferred it to your account. Everyone who trades through Ebay knows this. If there was a mistake in my message, it could only have been a typing error, it can happen over the phone. By the way, how many languages ​​do you speak?   This deal never worked out as customs returned it to sender and I couldn’t wait any longer but the seller kept me totally informed and refunded me as soon as we realised my purchase was not going to get here in time
