    Ordered by mistake and cancelled within 5 minutes, messaged seller to explain and cancel order. Seller despatched the item the following day and rejected my cancellation request! Still didn’t respond to messages. I received the item, I could tell that the quality was poor without even opening the packaging. Requested to return and refund. Sent the item back the same day I received it, seller received 2 days later but did not refund so eBay has had to step in and sort this out. Awful seller!

    Absolutely disgusting service, the package has supposedly been delivered to a neighbour yet no information as to which neighbour it has been left with. I've tried contacting the seller to no avail. I would not recommend this company

    Was told item was next day delivery, the seller never informed me of any changes. I had to contact them to find out why it never came next day. I then contacted the delivery people themselves as it still has not arrived over a week later. To be told the the seller had not contacted them to confirm my delivery details, and I have not had anything from the seller. Shocking customer services
