NBLCF is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial assistance with spaying, neutering, and heartworm treatment for rescue dogs in need. It is our core belief that every dog should have access to spay, neuter, and heartworm treatment to ensure healthy dogs can be placed in permanent loving homes. We believe dogs don’t belong in shelters and as we approach this goal it is our hope that there will no longer be a need for "kill" shelters.
