  My order arrived this morning, and I was a little confused. When the entry phone was activated, I expected to see a Royal Mail delivery person. I let the person in, and was greeted by a a nice, polite guy who explained that he worked for the supplier. I asked what it was and was put at ease when he told me it was a mortice lock, which was what I was expecting. The lock was as described, all in original packaging, brand new, and at a good price.
