    I purchased this Boyds Bear and it was mailed the same day. These cute little Boyds Bears arrived in the mail after being delayed by the post office for several days. It was package in a way that nothing should have broken during shipping. However, two pieces broke cleanly off and I was able to glue them back on. They are exactly as described. Thank you for selling it to me.

    The buyer is right - we had two of these and just looked at the other one and it is rose gold. We reached out to the buyer and offered some refund options.

    This item is beautifully perfect. It was packaged very well and got across the country with no damage. The price was good. And this is in no way the seller’s fault, but it took almost 3 weeks to get here. After the first one to two days, there were no USPS updates in the tracking,but none of that could be controlled by the seller and they did a great job.
