    Great laptop for the price - seller is super helpful. I asked for a price with extra RAM and he quoted me a tiny bit more to sort it for me. Helped with a minor niggle I had when I first booted up too. Very responsive and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this seller.     The item is exactly as described from initial usage, so all good. For some reason the delivery (not dispatch) took nearly a week, I only got notification on Sunday that the package had been left at a local UPS drop point. Getting it from there was straight forward so not a major issue. Would recommend seller.
