    The Packaging was great the laptop was sealed in a plastic coat with in a carboard box and arrived undamaged upon arrival. Great value for money. Description was exactly what arrived. Postage was quick they sent it out the day after purchase. Great seller would recommend for quality products. Although after being put on charge over night the battery was still only showing 23% may be a new battery may be required at some stage otherwise very happy with the refurbish laptop Thanks

    I can’t recommend this seller enough. There was an issue with the initial laptop I bought due to some damage it sustained in transit.     Exactly as advertised, windows 11, 32 gb Ram, clean, nearly exactly what I wanted. The only issue I would say is be sure what you're ordering that is take your time, I thought i'd ordered a bigger SSD but it was my error. Still represents good value and will be fine for my purposes. Would not hesitate looking at this seller again. Shipping was fast and well communicated.

    These guys are fantastic at what they do. I had a problem with my first computer and they offered to send a courier to pick it up. Because I didn't have a printer for the label. I should receive my new computer on Friday, and will keep everyone updated. All in all you cannot fault this company for its communication.
