Hi this seller is causing so much trouble , item came faulty on arrival, won’t send replacement, won’t refund. Offered even partial refund , won’t send return shipping label, just replying different messages but act on it , will inform everyone on eBay to avoid any purchases from this seller, never buy or recommend anything or anyone, they only reply once in 24 hours. Because they are sat in china. Big warning of scammers, !!!!

I ordered this item and received the parcel when expected. However it only contained one half of the tool plus someone else’s purchase in the box ! Since then I have given the seller every chance to resolve the issue but have been faced with a series of obtuse requests and suggestions. This culminated in the offer of a 20% refund and the suggestion that I buy the missing part elsewhere or put this part into stock. Typical tactics of a BAD eBay seller. And all over a £29 tool. Steer clear !!!!

The ultrasonic cleaner arrived quickly, was well packed and works as described. However be aware:
1. It's described as a "3 litre" tank with a note in the listing describing it as "smaller" in real life; the reality is an absolute capacity of 2.7 litres, reducing to an effective capacity of only 2.3 - 2.4 litres with the lid on
2. No drain valve is fitted, despite the listing and photo's showing one
3. It's obvious only 2 ultrasonic transducers are fitted (not 3 per the listing images)
