  Buyer offered $100 off my asking price for a pricey record which I generously accepted. Buyer unfortunately received it with sleeve top seam splits, accused me of misrepresenting the condition instead of asking or giving me the benefit of the doubt that damage occurred during shipping considering my reviews reflect honest selling. I immediately handled the issue with an insurance claim and we agreed to an additional $50 partial refund, yet you still say "likely" USPS fault? Not acceptable.
