  Item not received, seller advised they would send replacement. Card received from Royal Mail that the package could not be delivered due to insufficient postage, requesting I pay the difference to get from Post Office. Seller blamed it on Royal Mail being a surcharge which had happened before. Seller suggested I either pay the extra postage or ignore and the package would be returned. He also said I could keep the replacement if it arrived. Not happy full refund received, seller.
