AVOID this seller if you want to receive your order on time!! Couldn’t provide me with a tracking number even though the delivery description said it was being sent via tracked delivery with Royal mail, after contacting the seller numerous of times they informed me that they had to change delivery courier but I still have not received my parcel even after tracking it with the new courier it said I should have received my parcel 2 days ago! It is now 12 days from I placed my order! Not happy!

When the scribbler pad arrived the heart shaped stamp (1 of 3 stamps) was missing. I contacted the seller but haven’t heard anything back. I bought the item as a gift and felt embarrassed that there was a missing part. The item was described as brand new so there shouldn’t have been anything missing

After having to contact the seller about the delivery! I then had to find out it had been delivered by looking on my eBay account.. no notification was sent to me, and their reply was unacceptable TBH. Would never buy for this seller ever again.
