Lovely coat. However it absolutely STINKS of must and damp. Contacted seller explaining this and asked for a partial refund but just got bad attitude. Avoid this seller! I won’t be a returning customer. The coat cost me £110 and it smells disgusting. Not what I’d be expecting from an item that expensive.

Our first negative feedback in years. Buyer refused a full refund with a pre-paid label for return of jacket before then opening a return and demanding a partial refund, despite us discounting the garment at the point of sale. We couldn't have been any more polite. Will escalate to ebay as we take offence to slanderous feedback.
