  The order was delivered on May 13th. Although the delivery took longer than expected, this was due to a staff error who didn’t record my extra P&P payment. I understand such things happen. After their error was pointed out, the communication from the company was very good. Late delivery was inconvenient, but the strong lines of communication helped to allay my fears that I had been scammed. I m very satisfied with the product itself.
