  As described.: satisfied with: quality, condition, value and appearance; although it should be £200 cheaper than what it is. Issues with UPS delivery though, as UPS’s driver deliberately left the package at the depot as it was too heavy for them and they couldn’t be bothered with it; this information came from the complaint line so it’s for real.

  Quality is amazing, she came perfect, value is fantastic for what you get! her appearance was perfect. I had an issue with a screw, contact the team and they had a new screw sent out straight away to me, no extra cost! I would highly recommend this company and doll :)
