  Have been let down with certain delivery dates (3 times) and leaves you frustrated as if your not important to their brand. Messaged them giving ultimatums but got lame excuses back. If this is how you treat customers then I'm afraid its not acceptable. Have asked for them to cancel order and money refunded and this has been going on nearly 3 weeks. Absolute shocking service
