    Listing clearly said “FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING,” but I was charged $173 at checkout. eBay confirmed this was a policy violation. Seller refused full refund unless I closed the return case, which eBay advised against. Communication was difficult and evasive. I wanted to keep the item, but the seller made the process so frustrating I considered returning it. Ultimately, eBay had to step in and refund my shipping charges. I would not buy from this seller again.
