    The light was so poorly packaged. It only had a wrapping of a single plastic bag in a big cardboard box. Most of the leaves were bent out of shape. I have been trying with no success to get a partial refund for weeks now and the costumer service is awful. They take days to reply and when they reply they say nothing of consequence. They won’t confirm or deny my request for a partial refund. Ultimately they seem satisfied with just blaming eBay and freeing themselves of any responsibility.
