    unfortunately it didn't work out for me, I misunderstood the product they were actually supplying compared to what I already had and was trying to match. Consequently I had to return the product but their aftersales help was very supportive and managed the situation without adding to my problem, much appreciated, many thanks. For further information I received the product as in the attached photo, it was quite soft and not dense enough for what we needed.

    I had a problem with the delivery of the beading with some lengths missing and others broken plus the wrong type was sent but i got in touch with the company and they refunded my money quickly and they got to the route of the problem why the wrong beading was sent in the first place since then i have re-ordered the beading and Steph has been kind to message regular and keep me up to date with the delivery and to make sure the correct order was sent out to me.
