Had a slight dispatch issue with 1 being delivered when we ordered 2, but the seller responded within 10 minutes of my message, to which they appologised and the 2nd lamp arrived the day after. Both lamps arrived 3 days before the expected delivery.

So rude to accuse me of cutting the bow . Should have just sent a replacement bow at their cost not mine . Ask me to take the reindeers down and pack away for a pick up tomorrow exactly as they were packed. That was always going to be a no from me. It was so difficult getting them out of the box a trained packer must have packed them . I've kept them as I don't trust the company to make it easy to get a refund .fuming.

As everyone can clearly see you have cut the Bow whilst cutting the box open, you was offered a replacement bow even though you had damaged it yourself, but you was too much of a princess to send the bow back which would have cost £6 max. You then opened a return and then closed it because you was to idle to dismantle them and box them back up when we had offered to have it collected at our cost. Should have cancelled your order immediately when i saw you are a serial NEGATIVE FEEDBACK leaver!!!
