item was sent when i recieved it was packed very well but when i got it unwrapped very testing . i started to look at the scope and looked through the view finder and started to use dail it came off the scope i sent the seller a message withe pictures and he gave a £15 refund as i could still use the scopes basic use which i was very happy with. a very good honest and efficient seller would be a pleasure to use the seller again
