  The seller advertised the product as "free delivery", once the product arrived however, royal mail informed me the seller had not paid for the postage so I had to cover it with my own money. £5 for the product and £7 for delivery? It is purely logical to deem this whole ordeal a scam. Not to mention their terrible communication. If there were a 0 star option I'd certainly choose it.

  I ordered a touch lamp globe that was listed for £29.99. But I received a plastic globe that wasn't a lamp - and its actually the one on sale in home bargains for £9.99. Seller says I was sent the wrong item by mistake, but its a totally different box. Seller did refund money promptly on receipt of returned item.
