The customer representatives were very attentive to my feedback regarding shipping. They answered my many questions regarding both shipping and the handling, and were there to answer all questions along the way. The jackets came in a timely window. The jackets themselves are beautiful and solid, good quality leather. My only qualm is that the shipping includes the jackets folded up in a small plastic bag, which made lines in the leather however good its quality. Overall, I am very happy.
