Item refunded due to arriving broken which was done in transit this could be due to not being packed well and being quite fragile due to the design
Seller responded to emails quickly and refunded money.
If this item arrived in one price I would of put 5 stars but due to arriving in two prices I’ve put 3 stars due to this item arriving broken I believe if this was well wrapped it might of arrived in one price maybe seller could relook at their packing of items

Overall positive -> refunded because of incomplete delivery. - But: Didn't read my complaint about the missing (main) part but only sent a - what looked like - standardized answer. So either couldn't be bothered to answer the specific email or couldn't understand it (from the delivery time it is most likely a Chinese seller)

Purchased 4th Jan arrived 12th Jan smashed to pieces, contacted immediately with photo & asked for replacement that was appropriately packaged, they blamed courier, pushed them & offered me 30% refund, refused & offered 50%, reminded not my problem offered 70% & told them no full or I raise a case & immediately gave full refund but only after 9days & then cheekily asked for positive feedback & 5 stars … as if!!! AVOID SELLER - not UK and not helpful or packaged appropriately 100% AWFUL
