  The item was just as pictured. The transaction was smooth and easy. The shipping packaging wasn’t great. The item was packed in a plastic leave, then placed in a plastic shipping sleeve/envelope with no protection such as bubble wrap or packing material. Upon delivery the deliverer simply tossed the package onto the doormat. Although the shipper is not responsible for the actual delivery, some effort to protect the item would be greatly appreciated.
