  I loved the product but for next orders, please be aware that the item was dropped at the first floor, under the mail box, not at my door. What could have happened if someone had taken it. Nobody would give me any reason. When USPS is in charge, they have a special key to open the mail box, or if the package does not fit in, they have my instructions already to leave it at my door apartment, but with the carrier you used…you should give instructions , not to leave the packages as they did it.
