Had few issues due to delivery .....apparently box was damaged so dx had to postpone and get it resent at a different date but New look 111 CERTAINLY DIDN'T DELAY on making sure I got my front splitter in PERFECT quality condition within 24hrs of finding out the box was damaged which for me is quality customer service and quality product it is absolutely spot on and looks great on the caddy, also great price too.....Thanks Newlook111 ....totally happy with your product and service will use again

Sadly I have to say I had an issue with the mk7 transit side trims as the ones I got where not protected in its box and where damaged on delivery. so I got in contact with the seller and after a few pictures of the damage they sent me up replacements. The seller fixed this issue straight away, so top marks to them and their communication was brilliant. The trims are made from very thin plastic, so i dont know if they will last for long on the van. Still a recommended ebay seller ☆☆☆☆☆
