    Usually, you have really good things to say because you get the package and that’s what you wanted. But this is one of those times where the shipper totally messed up. Even even though it was no fault of the vendor they still gave me a full refund and were very polite to deal with. I can’t wait to buy more from them. They have a great selection and they are terrific company. Sometimes things go wrong and when that happens, you want to work with high character people. These guys fit the bill.

    newspine911 resale knows what they are doing! There's a lot to be said about customer service, and newspine911 resale has it down. Not only did they ship quick, package this Levi's women's jacket well, but the quality was excellent, and everything was as described (if not better) - I would have thought this jacket was NWOT had they not wrote pre-owned. I am adding them to my favorite seller's list and I would recommend them to my family and friends.
