    Seller was quick to arrange packaging and shipping of this item, and it is apparent they have taken on feedback from others and increased the security of the card in transit as the box was full of bubble wrap surrounding the card. Barring a few blemishes on the heat shield the card is in the condition expected, and will be tested shortly in a system to confirm it works, but so far the experience with this seller is good.

    My customer service experience with the "prikw81" was first class. A+ Thank you. I ordered this dual channel DDR4 memory early September, and it arrived very fast. However, I've had problems with the memory and my system wouldn't boot with it at all. Most likely sever compatibility issues with my build. Seller accepted me returning the memory without any hassle what so ever and refunded me prompt no questions asked. Great experience despite my disappointment about the memory not working with PC.
