  Card never arrived unfortunately, even after 2 weeks of waiting. Seller however was very apologetic and did refund promptly, so even though the delivery was a let down, I'd still consider purchasing from this seller again, although I'd highly recommend they switch to a more reliable delivery service in the future.

  This was the first time I have used this seller. The seller was first class throughout the whole transaction. The laptop was exactly as described and was delivered promptly. I had an issue with the power supply for the laptop. When I explained the issue, the seller refunded me the cost of a new replacement power supply. The laptop works fine.
