Wow. Just wow. I ordered my part at lunchtime on Friday. (A wiper arm that audi want £90 but didn't even stock.) I needed urgent as heading down south on Monday. A total scam! Their refund policy is inaccurate. I was sent the wrong item and it has been a month and the sellers communication is beyond poor.
They offered me a 30% refund because apparently “returning is too high postage”
Nowhere before purchasing was this mentioned.
Do not buy from these people. Absolute waste of time and money.
