  The bowl arrived well packaged, but when I opened the package I saw that it was dented, which had caused a colour change in the plastic. The seller responded promptly to my email and apologised, offering me a discount. Obviously, it wasn’t their fault, but rather that of the courier, so it was very good customer service to respond in that way. I’m happy to keep the bowl as I like the colour, it’s a good size and shape to fit my sink, and is good value for money. I recommend the seller!

  Great seller, quality item, nicely packaged. It should have been a fast delivery, but the Post Office took much longer to deliver it than needed. I was sent 2 separate emails telling me of a delivery date and time from the Post Office and it arrived on neither! Still it has arrived now, so all ended well, and it wasn't the fault of the seller. I'm pleased with my item. Thanks ++++++
