  I was sent this in time for Christmas for my son's Christmas present. When I received it, it was wrapped in bubble wrap with no box. When he opened it on Christmas day, we found the bracket that holds it to the launcher was broken. When I contacted the seller, they asked me to send pictures which I did. I was then offered a refund of £1, when the item has cost me more than £9 When I reje ted this offer, they offered me a £2 refund and asked if I could glue it.

  Unfortunately the item I ordered was out of stock, so I never actually received the item. But the seller messaged me to let me know this, and when I asked for a refund, they sent it promptly. I am still happy with the sellers communication and would consider buying from them again

  I only picked positive because it deletes my posts when I select negative!!! I paid over £20 for an item to arrive broken and damaged. The leg was completely broken of one of the figures. The person didn’t even fit into the stand and also paint work and rubber missing from feet. This was meant to be brand new and clearly wasn’t. When contacting the seller which was over 10 days ago Ive still not received a refund or even an apology. 2 figures and both broken and damaged! Would avoid at all costs
