You need to protect your packages better and possibly use a different delivery company. The box was crushed, luckily to unit was not damaged and works OK.
I expect to receive an item and packaging in good condition when described as NEW (not crushed).
Your description limits this device's use, if you did your homework you would see that this is incorrect. Obviously you have just copied other descriptions which are also incorrect.
I will avoid buying from you in the future.
