  Mushroom corals arrived dead, shipped with no heat packs. Seller claimed they might “come back” after melting—clearly false to any experienced reef keeper. When I raised it, I was told I’d paid “cheap” (£10 a head) though I spent £50 on dead stock. Poor packaging, dismissive attitude, no concern for coral welfare.
