Asked twice via eBay messaging,if this item was in its box.The item (toy) is for a gift and box is a dealbreaker.Both of my messages were answered with an auto response that the seller is active and unable to answer this question.Told if unsatisfied, returns are easy. As the purchaser,a simple “yes” or “no” would be an appropriate response.If the seller is unable to answer simple questions, maybe eBay is not the right platform for them. Please look into this, and thank you.

hi there, i think this feedback is for someone else. my item is a body wash , not a toy. you asked me to cancel the transaction because you realized after purchase it was travel size , in a message that i did respond to and then cancelled said transaction.
