  Sent the wrong item, that took a week, quickly issued a returns label so that was sent back the same day Didn’t consider sending the correct item just wanted to refund the money, after 15 days I got the money back Decided not to re attempt the sale with this seller

As a result, we suggested you to return the wrong item back so you may reorder the item with the refund. As per eBay policy, we're required to issue a refund upon receiving the item back, otherwise eBay does it automatically. We issued the refund same day we received the item back and eBay usually processes refund within 3-5 working days as you are aware(?)
