The instructions are printed on a very small piece of paper, which make them difficult to read. Unfortunately it was chipped on one corner. I contacted the seller who responded very quickly. After a few messages explaining the situation they gave me a full refund and told me to keep the damaged one. Not quite what I expected, but can't complain at all.

Ordered 7 light switches, he sent 1, saying all been delivered, checked previous feedback been scamming people for a long time, eBay complicit in allowing this to go on, one bad scammer this.. will no answer any messages, opened case for full refund, 4 different delivery days given, the cheap part they sent is nothing like the parts they advertise, dangerous Ali express cheap items no British standards and could set fire to your home

I’ve pulled this seller on this and they’ve come up with excuse after excuse stated they would refund me but I’m still waiting for the notification stating so. Also reported to eBay with all the proof needed. Avoid being ripped off just buy directly from the source. Only the second time I’ve had bad dealings with a seller on here. Do better seller!
