  After eagerly awaiting delivery on a pack of Lana Del Ray lipsticks, I received a transparent Mac Book cover instead, the seller said that the warehouse had sent the lipsticks, this wasn’t true! I agreed to a refund, but it was taking too long, so, I have now raised it with eBay buyer protection! They also want me to return the Mack Book cover, which I will happily do, as soon as I receive postage from them.

  Ordered these and then realised it said XL on the order and I wanted L. Messaged the supplier but they still got sent and then told that they were the same as the ones I had previously, which say L on them. Sent them back for a full refund which was received within 14 days so not too bad.
