    Unfortunately camera sent did not have record or photo facilities....seller straight away admitted the description was incorrect and changed listing...told to return, as soon as it was posted, received a full refund...it was a great camera, so if you dnt need record option, recommend, very helpful seller, so positive feedback, Unfortunately they did not stock correct one, so had to use different seller

    I bought a wireless Apple carplay for Mazda at a very competitive price compared to similar brands elsewhere. The item was delivered in great condition. There was a little problem with compatibility and I contacted them about the problem. They suggested few troubleshooting tips but that didn’t help unfortunately. Unlike other sellers, they offered me a full refund. What is more interesting is that the team (Sophia in particular ) was easy to deal with and helpful throughout the process.

    Finally received item,first item was delivered to the wrong address, emailed seller and was offered a refund, didn’t accept refund as I wanted the item as a gift for a friend. Don’t know how the mix up happened, didn’t get any answers to why it was sent to the wrong address. I really should be giving Neutral instead of Positive, everything seems fine now.
