Delivery quick following order, however on unpacking I found the plastic handle on one of the drawers was broken. I reported this to ebay immediatelywith description of the problem. Photos requested,which I was unable to send due to technical difficulties. Although a refurb. model I expected it to be fully checked before dispatch. Not impressed with the ebay response.therefore. I then contacted Ninja direct and their customer service was first class. Replacement sent in 2 days, no hassle.

The item, Ninja Air Fryer I received was as described by Ninja-kitchen but not as described by eBay. I contacted the seller who explained they are paperless and do not supply manuals or recipe booklets however they recommend downloading the manual from their website. Simple and straightforward. The Air Fryer arrived in a strong large box complete with probe, I ordered it on Thursday afternoon and it arrived on Saturday morning-excellent.
