  Item as described well packaged excellent value for money. The only gripe I have is the use of DPD as the delivery service I had recieved a text to say it was going to be delivered on the 30th between 4 and 5pm I received a text at 5.20 to say I had missed the delivery the photo sent as proof was of a lay-by in Bicester nowhere near my address. Poor service from DPD

  Item as described, fast delivery and well packed. The fryer is all fine, however there was no follow up email with the guarantee instructions and no details included in the package either. There was no manual to included or recipe book. A bit disappointed. I needed to get in contact with Ninja manufacturer by phone to Regis my product for 1 year warranty. I would just appreciate a better communication and response when messaging seller- he didn’t replied once:(

  Ninja FlexDrawer Airfryer:- I've just got to say outstanding service, I placed my order at 17.45 yesterday and it was delivered at 13.15 the next day 5* So the item as described, very well packed great value for the price.   It was a good price, item arrived damaged. This probably occurred in transit. Large hole in box, which was hidden from view when accepting package. They were no longer in stock so need to return. The seller should provide paid return as this is damaged but have just given a postal address and no other details. I have purchased from this seller in the past and previously been fairly happy with customer service when there were issues but this time things are a little different so far?

  Received but the large glass container was damaged. Rang Ninja, unfortunately they had no replacement stock but would notify me when they had them back in. I was told there would be a wait. 3 weeks it has taken and now it has been replaced. Excellent customer service.

  I ordered this at a very good pruce. On this occassion when the stand arrived the box had been opened. I contacted tge seller and they replied promptly apologising and asking if I would like to inspect the stand and if it was not in acceptable condition to return or if it was acceptable to accept a partial refund. This seemed like a fair and honest solution. The BBQ itself if great quality and means i can now get smoky flavour into my cooks quickly and with minimal fuss. All in all great value.
